Termite and pest control in Regi Model Town
Anti-termite treatment for new houses and pest control for completed homes across the sectors and zones of Regi Model Town.
Pest problems we commonly see in Regi Model Town
Regi Model Town is a developing scheme where construction is ongoing in many sectors. Open plots, building rubble and timber left on site can sustain termite colonies, so soil treatment during construction is the most cost-effective protection.
Vacant plots and construction debris also give rats and mice shelter close to newly occupied houses, and water stored for construction can breed mosquitoes during the monsoon.
For completed houses, we focus on termite entry points at wall–floor joints, door frames and service entries.
