Termite and pest management in University Town
Inspection-led pest management for older homes, guest houses, offices, schools and NGO premises in University Town.
Pest problems we commonly see in University Town
University Town has many older bungalows with mature trees, large gardens and original timber frames, cupboards and ceilings. Termite activity in old woodwork and in stored files and books is a frequent problem.
The area has a high concentration of offices, guest houses, schools and NGO premises. Guest houses and hostels are at higher risk of bed bugs introduced in luggage, while office kitchens and canteens need cockroach and rodent control with records.
Large gardens, water features and coolers mean mosquito breeding sites should be checked during the dengue season.

Questions from University Town customers
Can you work around office hours?
Yes. Institutional treatments can be scheduled early, late or at weekends, with records for your files.
Termites are damaging stored files. What should we do?
Move records off the floor and away from walls, then book an inspection. Stored paper often means termites are already in the floor or walls.
